JOB DESCRIPTION
- Survey, consulting, installation, handover, acceptance, maintenance, repair of equipment systems, products distributed by the company and instructions for use according to the installation process;
- Perform basic technical operations, ensuring confidence and efficiency in troubleshooting machine problems, especially automatic systems and testing machines.
- Research the Company's products and new products.
- Coordinate with the company in product introduction or product troubleshooting;
- Receive information and coordinate personnel to handle customer complaints related to technical issues of systems and products distributed by the company;
- Manage technical tools and equipment related to repair, maintenance, and specialized technical services;
- Participate in company training courses related to assigned product areas when the Company sends them to study;
- Internal training, sharing experience and professional knowledge of other employees in the group;
- Update software and hardware upgrade information and product information;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENT
- Male preferred - Age from 25;
- Graduated from University or higher majoring in Electrical, Electronics/Biomedical Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunications, Automation...
- Ability to practice good engineering, mechanical repair and have basic IT skills, proficient in using electronic devices;
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of medical equipment, especially the testing field;
- Use English at a basic level (basic communication and reading specialized documents);
- Have knowledge and experience in implementing ISO standards in the field of medical equipment (ISO 9001, ISO 13485...);
- Agile, active, good communication.
