JOB DESCRIPTION
- Survey, consulting, installation, handover, acceptance, maintenance, maintenance and repair of equipment and products distributed by the company and instructions for use according to the installation process;
- Perform basic technical operations, ensure confidence and efficiency in troubleshooting machines, especially automated systems and testing machines.
- Research the Company's products and new products;
- Coordinate with the company in product introduction or product troubleshooting;
Receiving information and coordinating personnel to handle customer complaints related to technical problems of systems and products distributed by the company; - Manage technical tools and instruments related to repair, maintenance and specialized technical services;
- Participating in training courses related to the assigned product range when the Company sends them to study;
- Internal training, sharing experience and professional knowledge of other employees in the group;
- Update software and hardware upgrade information, product information;
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Male priority – Age from 25;
- University degree or above majoring in Electrical, Electronics/Biomedical
- Electronics/Telecommunications, Automation…
- Have good technical practice, mechanical repair and basic IT skills, proficient use of electronic devices;
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of Medical Devices, especially in the field of testing;
- Use English at a basic level (basic communication and reading specialized documents);
- Having knowledge and experience in implementing ISO standards in the field of medical equipment (ISO 9001, ISO 13485…);
- Quick, energetic, good communication.
