JOB DESCRIPTION
Coordinate production activities
- Supervise and implement product quality control of the factory;
- Participate in developing material norm plans;
- Implement approved production plans;
- Handle situations and problems that arise during the factory's production process;
- Implement new product production plans when required;
- Participate in skills training for new workers to work effectively.

Other tasks
- Coordinate work with purchasing department;
- Evaluate the work efficiency of workers assigned to supervise production lines;
- Perform other tasks when requested by superiors.

REQUIREMENT
- Graduated from University majoring in Engineering, SHPT, Biotechnology, Biology, Pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production supervisor position or equivalent positions; Priority is given to candidates with experience in manufacturing products in the fields of Biomedicine, Pharmacy...;
- Presentation, training and coaching skills;
- Have communication, teamwork, planning and management skills;
- Sensitive, careful, responsible and decisive in handling work;
- Enthusiasm & Carefully;

WORKING TIME
From Monday to Saturday.
