JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and develop SHPT professional training programs
- Develop and adjust training programs and training materials to suit each purpose and period of operation of the Center.
- Building and managing training program data. Supervise and monitor the implementation of short-term and long-term training programs and plans in accordance with the Company's general training orientation and progress.
- Build and develop a network of students and partner units through media and marketing channels to recruit students and enhance the reputation of e-marketing.
- Direct teaching of training courses of the Training Center
- Develop complete lectures and teaching materials as required
- Teaching, supporting, and guiding students professionally throughout the course
- Training management
- Coordinate with departments to arrange and monitor class schedules for training sessions for Tele Center customers
- Organize exams, evaluate students, and evaluate courses after each training course

REQUIREMENT
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: 25-35
- Graduated from university majors: Pedagogy, Foreign Language
- Have at least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
- Creative, sharp thinking
- Have knowledge and experience in training and human development in business, production, and service, priority is given to having in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Medicine and Pharmacy industry
