1. Job Description
- Research and analyze training needs of the company.
- Plan, coordinate and organize training activities of the company.
- Update and finalize policies, training procedures and forms.
- Store and update employee training information in the company.
- Responsible for planning professional training or improving management skills for employees on a quarterly and annual basis and implementing the plan.
- Responsible for integration training for new employees. Develop and update information for effective and relevant training materials.
- Carry out internal communication activities; Planning and organizing company movements and events.
- Deploy, coordinate and connect departments throughout the company to implement programs and events approved by the Board of Directors.
- Writing articles and editing content on internal communication channels such as website, internal newsletter, Email, Facebook,...
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
2. Job Requirements
- University graduate majoring in economics, human resources, journalism, communication or related disciplines.
- Candidate must have more than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Candidates with experience working in the medical device industry, pharmaceutical...would be prefered - Good appearance, dynamic, confident, good communication, flexible.
- Ability to handle under pressure, enthusiastic and creative in work, teamwork
- Proficient in using computers: Word, Excel, Powerpoint..
- Good conversational English.
