1. Job description

• Lead scientific projects that explore NGS experimental applications and develop new products.
• Provide expertise on library preparation methods, cell hybridization methods. Identify the technical underpinnings of future NGS products and solutions.
• Development, launch and technical transfer of NGS products and solutions in the fields of Assisted Reproductive Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Oncology, Cancer Immunology, Infectious Diseases.
• Continuously optimize application, reagents and testing procedures.
• Continuously updating new product technology knowledge in the world, thereby contributing ideas to evaluate and put on products that have been and are being deployed urgently.
• Connecting domestic and foreign KOLs to exchange knowledge and jointly propose research and evaluate possible solutions.
• Planning, testing and evaluating laboratory experiments; Participating in supervision of production/quality inspection stages at factories/labs.
• Market research, evaluation and reporting of relevant product applications and competitors.
• Manage R&D budgets for specific projects.
• Carry out professional training as required and other activities as assigned.

2. Job Requirements

• Candidates hold University degree or higher majoring in Biotechnology, Gene Technology, Cells, Biology, ...
• Candidate has more than 5 years of experience in the research of molecular biological products.
• Candidates with experience in product development and application of NGS in assisted reproductive research/obstetrics and gynecology/oncology/… or experience with Illumina sequencing platform would be prefered.
• Experience in teamwork and managing teams of 3-5 people is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze data, analyze and solve problems.
• Time management and performance management skills.
• Have a passion for research and love high-tech products.
• Fluent English with 4 skills
