The Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL), PulseNet Asia Pacific, and Illumina Asia Pacific Japan invite you to attend our Office Hours exploring public health applications for next-generation sequencing and bioinformatics. We plan to offer Office Hours every two months with the goal of establishing a Community of Practice (CoP) to share knowledge on NGS for public health activities throughout the region.
The Office Hours are designed to provide information and promote peer-to-peer discussions for public health laboratory scientists working in the field of enteric pathogen surveillance and other infectious diseases.
Our third session will focus on experiences with multiple pathogen sequencing runs and SARS-CoV-2 sequencing. Presenters from US Wyoming state and the University of Cambridge will provide an in-depth analysis on how runs are developed and analyzed for multiple pathogens.
